Age barriers are not bigger than your aim. It won't affect you if someone has decided to do the exercise at the age of 40+. It is a promise to yourself and also a gift to start a good routine for your better future. You may inspire other people with this decision to make them go second thought on workout and exercise.

Despite your age, does not matter if you are in your 20's,30's or more than that. People always listen and yes, sometimes oppose good things, but at the end they want their body to work well after completing your 40's.

  1. Workout for 10+: This age group is much flexible and easy to adapt any workout routine. Just start the workout at home, no need to join any gym. Go for walk and run in the morning. Maintain a good diet routine with school and hectic schedule.
  2. Workout for 20+:- This age group is also flexible from body structure and workout opportunity increases at this age. People can regulate their exercise and harden their routine to get a muscular body. In this age, students are more awake for their health and physic and that is the main reason gyms are occupied by these guys more than any other age group. 
  3. Workout for 30+:- This age group is busy with their job and marriage. They are less aware of health because of their responsibilities and thinking that they are fit. Thinking of fit and healthy makes them dull and lazy for the workout and good health routine.  
  4. Workout for 40+:- This age group just got wake call because of their illness and weakness in the body. 40+ people sometimes get serious problems with their body because of what they have done in their 30's. More enjoy and less healthy food make them weak from inside and less healthy. Again they look forward to joining any healthy institute or gym to regulate their life. 
  5. Workout for 50+:- This age group people are thinking about loose body stature and less healthy lifestyle. This is not so late to join the gym or try to be healthy. If you want to live long this is also a good time to start workout but with some trainer because it is not possible to do every exercise at this age. Your body won't support and sometimes some major accident happens. So be careful at this age but not underestimate yourself. Just go for a gym trainer and dietitian.
